Referral Credit Program
*We love having you here at The Plaza Grande and would love to have your friends here too! Send your 55+ friends, family or co-workers to The Plaza Grande* and you will receive a $2000 rent credit if you are a renter or a $2000 Visa giftcard if you are an owner, for your referral after they move in. It’s that easy. To be eligible, you must be a current resident in good standing, at the time your friend moves in. Your friend must register you as the referring person on their first visit and must not use an outside Realtor. The credit or giftcard will be issued to you 60 days after your friend moves in (*rental buildings only).
