*Send your 55+ friends, family or coworkers to The Plaza Grande and receive a$2,000 Visa gift card (for non-residents) or a $2,000 rent credit (for current Plaza Grande residents). To qualify, your referral must mention your name during their first visit and must not be working with an outside realtor. The gift card or rent credit will be issued 60 days after your referral moves in.

(Rent credit offer applies to rental buildings only. Condo owners are not eligible for rent credit, referral credit will be in the form of a visa card.)
