At The Plaza Grande in Cherry Hill, NJ, we’re proud to be a hub of community engagement and philanthropy. This May, we supported several meaningful events and fundraisers that brought people together for great causes—from fundraising for local schools to supporting our brave law enforcement officers. Here’s a recap of the highlights.
1. Gloucester Township Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #206 Golf Sponsorship (May 12th)
We were honored to sponsor the Gloucester Township FOP Lodge #206’s annual golf outing on May 12th. This event raised critical funds for community outreach programs, officer wellness initiatives, and scholarships for local students. Golfers enjoyed a day of camaraderie on the greens while supporting the men and women who keep our neighborhoods safe. Plaza Grande is committed to giving back to those who serve!
2. Clara Barton Elementary Fundraiser Campaign
Education is the foundation of a strong community, which is why we proudly supported Clara Barton Elementary’s fundraiser in May. For this campaign, the school partnered with the Roc Solid Foundation, focused on helping raise money for children fighting cancer. We are committed to ensuring the future leaders, poets, thinkers, and artists of our world get the help they deserve.
3. Cherry Hill FOP Lodge #28 Golf Sponsorship (May 19th)
Another standout event was our sponsorship of the Cherry Hill Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #28’s golf tournament on May 19th. This gathering brought together local businesses, law enforcement, and community members to raise funds for officer support services and community safety programs. It was a fantastic day of networking, golf, and goodwill—all in the spirit of strengthening Cherry Hill.
4. Plaza Grande’s Taste & Tour Event (May 21st)
Closer to home, we hosted a Taste & Tour event on May 21st, inviting guests to explore our luxurious apartment homes and Grand Clubhouse. Attendees enjoyed light refreshments, toured our amenities (including the fitness studio, indoor pool, and movie theater), and got a firsthand look at the vibrant lifestyle Plaza Grande offers. It was the perfect opportunity to connect with future neighbors and showcase why our community is such a special place to live.
